Good eyeliner. It needs to dry before it stays in place and doesn't smudge from tears or rain.
I have been using this brand's eyeliner for over 2 years, only with the gold cap. I was very satisfied with it, so I decided to try this waterproof one. However, I didn't really like it. It takes longer to dry, and the brush at the very end is slightly uneven, so I had to fix it with scissors. In my opinion, it is not 100% waterproof because it cracked after a few hours and looked clumpy. It also started to smudge, and I had to apply it in 2-3 layers for intensity, which actually works better than the non-waterproof one. This is my experience with this eyeliner. I will not be ordering it again and will go back to the trusted one with the gold cap.
I decided to try something new and usually I use the same eyeliner, but with a gold cap, but this one was a disappointment.
It takes a long time to dry and it's not even matte, it shines like the cheapest eyeliner you can find.
I prefer the old version of this eyeliner, which applies a thin layer, dries almost instantly, and looks good.
It applies smoothly on the eyelids with a glossy rubbery finish and leaves small cracks when it dries. I prefer the non-waterproof version (with the gold handle).
The eyeliner is amazing - the brush is thin and convenient. The color is rich and lasts until the evening, even on oily skin. I will definitely repurchase it.

Not waterproof!!! It easily smudges and spreads without any effort.
I really liked this eyeliner. Unlike its sister product with the gold cap, this one is truly long-lasting (I often rub my eyelids when my lenses dry out a bit, but it doesn't budge). It goes on smoothly without any gaps. I wouldn't say it's ultra black, just a matte black. It washes off easily even with regular face wash gel. The brush is convenient, just like in the old version.
