This product truly whitens your teeth, and you can see a slightly brighter shade from the very first use. The foaming is incredible, so you only need to use a small amount because the foam goes a long way. The taste is just regular mint, refreshing but not too strong.
This toothpaste is excellent! For the first time, I noticed whitening - I love tea and coffee, so it was a problem. It took at least a week before I noticed the lightening, and later my teeth really became whiter. I'm thrilled. Great toothpaste! My teeth are prone to plaque and cavities, but when I use this toothpaste, I can delay my dentist appointments by six months. I alternate between using this toothpaste and another one, as it is not recommended to use a whitening toothpaste all the time. I am satisfied with the results.

I personally drink coffee and have purchased a paste to remove coffee stains. The result is that the stains have slightly lightened. However, I have scratched gums and developed periodontitis due to oral dysbiosis.
I do not recommend this product, not even to tobacco smokers. Even tobacco is less harmful. This toothpaste has destroyed everything alive in my mouth in a short period of time and has caused manifestations of periodontitis. Ladies, this toothpaste does indeed whiten, BUT! It contains highly abrasive substances that erode tooth enamel. Do not use it frequently, take breaks in between.
Cleans exceptionally well. This is the only toothpaste I've been using for several years. Previously, I used to buy it through intermediaries from Japan, but now I'm delighted to have found it on Make-up.
