This is an excellent toothpaste for smokers (like me, with 20 years of experience). It removes plaque and yellow stains effectively. It doesn't irritate the gums and doesn't have a strong scent.
The whitening effect is noticeable right after the first use. After two weeks of using it, I observed complete whitening to a "natural color." It's important to understand that the toothpaste won't give you a "Hollywood smile," but it will remove the yellowish tint. I used the toothpaste in combination with tooth powder twice a week and noticed that there is no tartar at all.
This is a regular, pleasant mint toothpaste. I didn't notice any whitening effects. It's suitable for daily use and doesn't cause sensitivity.
The pasta is great; I've probably bought it about ten times already.

It cleans well, foams nicely, rinses off easily, and naturally whitens. I'm not a smoker, but I can see an effect. It claims to remove tartar, but I haven't used it long enough to fully assess that. However, based on how it feels, it probably does help with tartar removal.

I personally drink coffee and have purchased a paste to remove coffee stains. The result is that the stains have slightly lightened. However, I have scratched gums and developed periodontitis due to oral dysbiosis.
I do not recommend this product, not even to tobacco smokers. Even tobacco is less harmful. This toothpaste has destroyed everything alive in my mouth in a short period of time and has caused manifestations of periodontitis. The makeup has nothing to do with it, but the manufacturing company lacks compassion. They are cruel to smokers.
