Additionally, for my problematic skin, I use enzyme powder and either almond acid once a week or as a spot treatment. This combination works wonders!

The cream is quite controversial. It's recommended for morning and evening use, but this raises the question of how retinol breaks down in sunlight, and applying SPF on top makes it too greasy. Generally, retinol should be introduced gradually and with caution, but apparently not with this cream. I have combination skin and occasionally experience breakouts, which seem to worsen after using the cream. On the plus side, it provides intense hydration. I only use it at night because it makes my face oily shortly afterward. It might be suitable for very dry skin, but as far as I understand, retinol usually dries out the skin, which isn't the case here. I've been using it for a month, and so far, there are no effects other than hydration. I'm going to look for something else since my goal is to reduce nasolabial folds and frown lines (I'm 32 years old). It's more of a price-quality issue.
