I received my order with this product. My first impression was that it felt like a sandpaper soaked in grease. The scrub particles were the size of coarse sand, something you would use cautiously on your heels, not on your face. The oily base was practically impossible to wash off, even with hot water (I didn't dare try boiling water). It's disappointing because until this incident, the COCONUTS men's line products had always pleased me. I sincerely hope that this scrub mishap is just an unpleasant exception. However, a lingering feeling of dissatisfaction remains (as well as scratches on my skin). Oh, by the way, the scrub jar started leaking noticeably during delivery, probably due to the poorly fitting screw-on lid.
