Before starting a course of peels, it is recommended to use either the Cocos Skin Preparation Lotion, which adapts the epidermis to the effects of acids, or the Night Cream with AHA Acids and Vitamin A for 7-14 days. Immediately before the procedure, to achieve the best results, cleanse and degrease the skin surface with the specified pre-peel preparation lotion. Then, apply a small amount of the salicylic-azelaic peel solution in circular motions to the forehead, temples, chin, cheeks, and nose. A burning sensation may occur during the application of the peel, which is normal. The appearance of characteristic white "frost" indicates the crystallization of salicylic acid, which is also normal. The exposure time of the peel on the skin is up to 20 minutes, depending on the session number in the course and the skin type. After the exposure time, thoroughly wash your face with water (a neutralizer is not needed). If discomfort occurs, it is recommended to rinse off the peel earlier. Detailed application instructions can be found in the Salicylic-Azelaic Anti-Acne Peel by Cocos.

My 16-year-old daughter has severe acne. With the permission of a dermatologist, we have done several peels, which have slightly improved her condition. The doctor prescribed a course of Doxycycline. After 2 weeks, her face cleared up significantly, but there are still post-acne marks. Now we are using salicylic-azelaic peels to combat these rednesses.
I have wide pores that easily get clogged and also have rosacea. I haven't used any serious peels before, so I was expecting a reaction from this peel.
I did my first procedure. I hardly felt anything, kept it on for about 20 minutes, layered the peel, slightly moistened it to prevent it from drying out. When I washed it off, there was absolutely no effect. But the next day, my pores tightened slightly, indicating that the effect will accumulate over time.
Overall, I am satisfied with this pleasant product and will continue using it. However, I was expecting a more radical effect from it. Perhaps my skin is accustomed to such manipulations.
Great Ukrainian manufacturer. I have been buying these peelings for many years. They perform their function at an 8 out of 10 level. I am always satisfied with the results. Sometimes there is discomfort on the skin, but this is completely normal. The main thing is to use a restorative care product after use.
I sincerely recommend it!
I have currently done 5 procedures. 4 with an interval of 8-9 days, and the fifth one almost a month later (I was sick and decided not to take any risks).
The first time I endured it for 10 minutes, and from the second time onwards, I comfortably held it for 20 minutes. It stings, but not too intensely. However, it is worth mentioning that I regularly use acids, so maybe I have a certain tolerance.
I am 30 years old, with combination skin prone to acne (greasy subcutaneous pimples from sugar, lactose, and during PMS), and I have post-acne, so I occasionally do at-home peels in courses to improve the pigmentation situation.
From the first application, the skin texture was perfectly evened out, and a couple of active inflammatory acne dried up. Immediately after the procedure, the post-acne did not differ from the "before" state, but during the week, they significantly lightened (they can disappear for months on their own). Now, after 5 procedures, the dark ones have become pale pink, and the raspberry/cherry ones have disappeared. I am more than satisfied with the result. I think one bottle will be enough for another 5-7 procedures (I do face and neck), and I plan to repeat it in the fall.
And if a representative of the brand is reading this, can I use a pipette for applying the peel? I know that some products come with a pump to avoid contact with oxygen. I haven't risked it yet, but it would be much more convenient for me to use a pipette. Thank you in advance for your response.
I have a dense combination skin that is generally accustomed to chemical peels.
For home use, this peel is really great. It makes the skin smooth and tightens the pores. In the first few days, the skin becomes more oily, but then it becomes more matte instead. I will alternate it with the Jessner peel from the same brand.
The cosmetologist recommended this salicylic-azelaic peeling for skin sebum regulation and blackhead cleansing. I chose this product to try it out and used the brand's tonic for 7 days prior to allow my skin to adjust to the acids. There was no strong burning sensation, but the instructions stated that if it dries out, I should moisten my face with water to reactivate the burning sensation. I kept it on for 15 minutes and applied the neutralizer twice, once on the peeling itself and once when I washed it off. The result was mattifying and pore tightening, and my skin didn't get as oily throughout the day.
From the first application, changes in the skin will be noticeable. After a few sessions (according to the instructions), it will become even better. The skin truly has a better tone, and blackheads are less noticeable. I gradually increase the application time. It feels very pleasant on the skin afterward - it's so invigorating.
I am very satisfied with the result; I used it in a course. To enhance its effectiveness, I applied it with a derma roller on problematic areas and covered my face with a damp tissue before application.
Thanks to the detailed instruction in the box, everything is clear and understandable. From the first procedure, you can already see the results. I have completed 4 "cycles" now and the skin tone has noticeably evened out. Breakouts have diminished and blackheads are less visible. Thank you, this product is definitely worth attention. I also use the peeling neutralizer from the same manufacturer.
I didn't buy it here, but on the manufacturer's website, but I still want to leave a review. This exfoliant is effective and feels comfortable, although it stings a little when rinsing off. After 5 treatments, my post-acne marks noticeably lightened and my skin became brighter.
The first time it was very hot. Further use is extremely comfortable and I like the effect. I ordered more to have.
This is my first ever peeling experience, so I can't compare it to anything else. However, I am satisfied with it. It cleanses well.
I have adapted skin for peelings, so there is no particular discomfort. Of course, you need to know how to use it, be careful at first. The peeling is effective, just like the Jessner peeling from the same brand. I recommend it, good value for the price.
The product burns the skin as if it is being peeled off. I thought maybe over time the skin would adapt, but no - it is impossible to endure even for 3 minutes. The sensation is simply dreadful, and when you try to wash it off, it starts burning even more intensely.
This amazing peeling solution works wonders when used with a derma roller. It effectively brightens the skin and leaves it looking radiant.
I have undergone 3 procedures using this product. Upon applying it to my face, I experienced a slight tingling sensation, but my neck did not react at all. The next day, I noticed a minor swelling. However, my skin has become smoother and clearer overall, and the wrinkle on my forehead is now almost invisible.
The best peeling for me is this one, comparing it to the milk and glycolic peels from the same brand. My skin is oily and prone to comedones, but it deeply cleanses and tightens after just one procedure. Thanks to the manufacturers! I tried applying it specifically on acne spots on my back, and they lasted longer. It's better not to do this, as inflammation started again in those areas. Probably because of a chemical burn. Follow the instructions.
This exfoliator is simply useless to me. It doesn't even sting or cause any redness. It's completely ineffective. Just like water...
I'm afraid to use peeling, so I use it by adding it to the Belita acid mask to enhance the effect, so to speak. I like it in this way, so I ordered another one.
I bought this peeling and I am satisfied with it. I have only used it once so far, kept it on for 3 minutes, and performed the peeling preparation beforehand. Since my skin has already been exposed to various peelings and acid masks, it is accustomed to such procedures. It did not sting too much when I applied it, although I did not use a paper towel. There is minimal redness and minimal peeling, but the effect is definitely there! Post-acne marks have significantly lightened, and some have even disappeared completely.
I really liked it. The effect is visible right after the procedure - it tightens the pores, dries out pimples, evens out the skin's micro-relief, and promotes its regeneration. The first few minutes after application and neutralization can cause a tingling sensation on the skin.
I really liked the peeling. The effect is similar to a professional one; it stings quite intensely when applied, but then subsides. After the procedure, my pores became smaller, my pimples dried out, my skin brightened, and my complexion evened out.
A great product for skilled hands. It definitely delivers results. The price is pleasing.
I don't quite understand why the peels in this series are alcohol-based instead of gel-based, but I am satisfied with the results - the number of inflammations has decreased and blackheads have lightened. An almond peel from another brand had a less pronounced effect on my skin (29 years old, stage 1-2 acne since I was 12, combination skin, slightly dehydrated).
