This product provides deep cleansing of the skin from various impurities, decorative cosmetics, and creams, gently exfoliates dead skin cells, intensely softens it for further exfoliation. How to use: as a pre-peeling preparation 7-14 days before peeling: in the evening, wipe the cleaned skin with lotion, apply a night cream. Immediately before the peeling procedure: after cleansing the skin, wipe the peeling area with a cotton pad moistened with lotion, then apply the peeling agent according to instructions.
Precautions for use!
During the time of pre-peeling preparation with the lotion, the skin will not become photosensitive, due to the low concentration of acids in the composition (0.9% glycolic, 1.5% lactic, and 0.5% salicylic acid), thus the use of sunscreens with low or medium protection factor is advisable, but not mandatory (we recommend to base on individual sensitivity and type of pigmentation). However, directly during the peeling course and afterwards, regardless of the season and weather, the skin must be covered with a high-protection sunscreen (SPF 30-SPF 50) during the day.
Contraindications for the use of the Cocos Skin Preparation Lotion for peeling include:
- pregnancy and breastfeeding period;
- liver diseases;
- compromised integrity of the skin area being treated.In case of individual intolerance to any of the components of the Cocos pre-peeling preparation lotion and the occurrence of an allergic reaction, discontinue use of the product and thoroughly rinse the application area with running water.

I use this lotion before applying the same brand's peeling product. Sometimes, I also use it locally to dry out pimples. It works fine for these purposes.
In the title, it says "lotion for preparing the skin for peeling," and in the description, it says that you can start using it in 7-14 days. Then I noticed that the packaging says it is for INSTANT preparation for peeling, and for prolonged preparation, there are other lotions that don't contain alcohol at all, while this one has 70 percent. If you use this lotion to wipe your face every day, you can dry it out! So, it turns out I got the wrong lotion because of the incorrect description.
This product is amazing! It's like salicylic alcohol. It really calmed down my skin, thank you.
Very effective! At first, it is quite drying on the skin and it even starts peeling, but after 5 days, the skin becomes incredibly smooth. It also helps to dry out pimples when applied locally.
