Yes, previously the jar came in a cardboard box. Now it comes without any additional packaging, but it's not a problem. I have purchased the balm for my husband for the second time, and he is satisfied with it, while I personally enjoy the pleasant aroma of the balm.

Regarding the balm, it is quite good. However, I am currently dissatisfied with the packaging, as I ordered it twice and both times the containers arrived with dents. Previously, the product was delivered in an additional box, but now it is simply wrapped in paper.

I have already used the 4th jar of this brand in two different fragrances and I can share my impression.
None of the jars contained a product similar in consistency to the previous one. Sometimes the balm was thicker, sometimes thinner, sometimes there were even undissolved lumps of components.
This indicates either poor quality raw materials that may be used in production or a failure to adhere to the recipe or technology.
In general, the overall quality can be questioned.
From the positive aspects and reasons why I still remain a consumer of this product: the balm performs its main function well (excluding the fact that I have to pick out undissolved lumps of components from the beard - one of the jars had this issue). The balm is made with a nice range of fragrances.

Strawberry scent for men? Well, it's a bit unusual. I mean, I understand that there are certain men who enjoy smelling like strawberries, but it's not really typical for most. And not warning about it is just disrespectful in my opinion.

This balm is quite good, it smells wonderful and helps to style the beard. It spreads easily and I have tried all the balms from this brand, they are all great with different scents. The only downside is that the scent fades quickly.

I have been using this balm almost daily and so far I am pleased with it. The hold is reliable - my beard stays in place as it should all day long, and it is easy to style now. The scent is decent. I only need a small amount of balm for one styling, so I believe this jar will last me a long time. I will definitely reorder, maybe a slightly different variety from the same brand.
