So far, this is the best balm I have tried, surpassing Arko, Nivea, La Toja, and Proraso. It may be surpassed by the Lea balm with menthol in my ranking during the summer. I cannot agree with such positive reviews. The special calming effect is only observed during the first 5 minutes after application (and even then, it is as thick as a layer of cream on a cake). And then the itching and irritation reappear. It is just an ordinary product, and I definitely wouldn't consider it "professional".
