The glow-in-the-dark eyeliner I received was already expired, with a use-by date of April 2024! I've sent a complaint to their customer service email and hope that the makeup company will resolve this issue.
The light is bright. However, it ran out very quickly. In my case, I placed 40 stars at once. After 20, the corners of the stars became less defined, and after 30, even less so. Overall, it is expensive.
The pink one did not have an expiration date, while the orange one is good until 2023. The dish soap did not wash off (!!!). However, it can be easily scratched off with a sharp nail.
The product actually glows under UV light, but without it, the color is not saturated and not bright enough, so it is not visible to the naked eye.
