I ordered this to replace my old one. I'm very satisfied; it's excellent for the price. It's also convenient that it can be used without a cord.
I bought the cheapest one while my more expensive one was in for warranty repairs. I was shocked to find no noticeable difference between them. In fact, this one turned out to be less painful to use and had a better battery life.
I didn't buy it here, but I want to say that this product is indispensable. It can be a bit painful, but it's bearable, and while it's somewhat noisy, it gets the job done. I recommend it.
