This is an ordinary inexpensive eyeliner. It is not matte! It smudges and cracks.

This is the worst eyeliner ever. I bought it solely for the brush, thinking that it would be very difficult to ruin it. As you can see from the photo, I was mistaken. It is extremely difficult to draw anything thin with it.

The product itself is disgusting. It tightens the eyelid, cracks very badly, and I could understand if there were cracks in the wrinkled area, but it cracked absolutely everywhere. It flakes off heavily, and when you remove those flakes, they smear all over your face.

It's better to spend a little more and buy something worthwhile than to try to save money and throw away this nightmare.

CONS: It tightens the eyelid for a minute while drying; you need to get used to the brush a couple of times; it comes off in chunks when washing your face; the thin tips of the eyeliner can fade during the day.

For those who haven't worn eyeliner for a while and urgently need a more reliable one like me, this one is super. And for those who already have their basic eyeliner and are searching for an ideal one, it's pretty good.
