I don't understand why there are so many negative reviews, considering that this mascara is essentially a fan-like, lightweight product. I use it to apply highlighter on the tip of my nose, lips, and upper cheekbone. It also applies contouring nicely and subtly on the same cheekbones, forehead, and jawline.
