My impression is that the lashes visually lengthen and can be given the desired curve. It does not add volume (my lashes are naturally thin). After the primer, you can apply mascara after a couple of minutes without smudging. The eyes look more expressive. I think the primer does its job. The only thing is that there seems to be a small amount in the tube.
