Experience the delightful fragrance of the "Antizastudin" essential oil blend from the brand "Kvita," offering you and your family comprehensive protection against viruses and bacteria that cause colds and the flu. This product can be used in an aroma lamp, serving as an excellent preventative measure against such illnesses during the colder seasons. Should treatment be necessary, the product can be added during steam inhalation or used as a compress.
The composition of plant oils helps suppress inflammatory processes in the respiratory system. It also possesses antiseptic, fever-reducing, and strengthening properties. The blend eases symptoms of asthma, bronchitis, and laryngitis thanks to the expectorant properties of its components. The product can be used for massages, in baths, and saunas, as it also has a beneficial effect on the health of the skin.

Aroma Lamp: Add 2-8 drops of the blend to a tablespoon of water and light the aroma lamp.
Bath: Before adding the essential oil blend to the bath, mix it with a solubilizer (such as salt or a carrier oil) to ensure even distribution in the water. Use 5-10 drops of the blend per 100 grams of salt or 10-20 ml of carrier oil.
Sauna: Add 50-100 ml of water to a container and mix in 8-12 drops of oil for every 15 m² of space. Spray the solution on benches, walls, and stones.
Compresses: Add 5-8 drops of the essential oil blend to hot water, soak a towel in the solution, and apply as a compress.
Steam Inhalation: Pour hot water into a container, add 3-5 drops of the essential oil blend, and inhale the steam for 3-7 minutes. Keep your eyes closed and take deep breaths through your nose twice a day.
Massage: Mix 7-10 drops of the blend with 20-30 ml of carrier oil.
Direct Inhalation: Place a few drops in your palms, rub your hands together, and inhale the aroma directly from your hands 3-5 times. Avoid touching your eyes.
Favorite scent blend. It works well both in an aroma lamp and simply as a few drops on oneself.
In the review below, I mentioned that I didn't like the scent. However, in the aroma lamp, it unfolds differently. My daughter really likes it.
I wasn't really pleased with the smell. Usually, pine scent dominates in such blends. However, this blend smells like tea tree to me, even though it is not listed in the ingredients. There are too many components in it. It also has a slight gasoline-like smell, just like the oils from Aromatiki. I prefer Mayur oils though, even though they are also affordable.
The fragrance is very pleasant and was liked by all family members.
It smells nice. I drip it onto a napkin and place it on the radiator, as well as in a pendant on my neck. I have tried pouring it into an aroma diffuser in a humidifier a couple of times, and it seemed like a lot, but it smelled like a dirty rag. My child and cat are thrilled. As for the therapeutic effects, we'll see.
