Better than hirudo derm atopi expert, almost completely odorless, absorbs well and doesn't leave any stickiness. The container is economical, unlike the pump bottle, you can get every last gram out of it. I really wanted to order it again, but it's not available here or anywhere else.
I exclusively use this cream for body, hands, and feet. I have to say, it absorbs quickly and leaves no residue. It provides a certain sensation of moisturization, which is definitely a plus. However, I wish it had a more active effect on my hands. It works well for my body. Another important factor for me is that the cream has almost no scent.

The cream is ambiguous. I used it for both my hands and face. At first, I really liked it despite its specific light plastic smell, as it didn't leave a greasy film on my hands. However, it turned out that it simply doesn't provide enough moisture, even though it contains urea. After washing my hands with regular water, I have to apply it again because they become very dry. In other words, it doesn't have a cumulative effect for me. I don't know, maybe it's normal. It also suited my oily facial skin, but it doesn't provide enough moisture and may cause breakouts. I have dry dehydrated facial skin, it often flakes. I tried all kinds of creams, masks, from cheap to expensive, but it was all in vain, nothing helped. I saw this cream in the store and decided to try it, even though I had no hope, I thought it would just add to my collection of cream jars in the hope of saving my face.
I applied it at night with massaging movements and went to sleep. In the morning, I didn't recognize my face, the redness went away, the skin is soft and moisturized with no flaking!!!!☺️ All the other jars immediately went into the trash. I finally found my cream! Yay!
I apply it in the morning, about half an hour later I do my makeup, and I look beautiful!☺️

Amazing cream. I was choosing between this one and the cream from the same brand with goat's milk. I chose this one because it contains urea as the second ingredient, and I didn't regret it at all. My skin is very soft and delicate after using it, almost silky, and it moisturizes well. It absorbs quickly, which is a big plus for me. I don't like smearing myself with something and standing in the bathroom waiting for the cream to absorb so I can get dressed, but with this product, I have no such problems. Before, my skin used to itch a lot after shaving, no matter what I applied, but after using this cream, that problem simply disappeared. No itching at all. My skin feels like a baby's. The scent is barely noticeable, but pleasant and very light. Overall, I am delighted, especially considering the price.
The ingredients list is short, which is a positive aspect. It is not natural, but considering the price, this is to be expected. It is not greasy and absorbs well. There are no films or residue left. I have combination skin with slight issues, and so far, no breakouts have occurred after using it for one day. I would advise against applying it on the face (although I did because my face was irritated and needed something soothing), as it contains coconut oil, which can provoke breakouts and clog pores, in addition to mineral oil. However, I am unsure of its effects. It may be suitable as a body cream, but I am not certain about using it on the face yet.
The cream is excellent, I didn't expect such quality for this price. I bought it based on reviews, thinking I would only use it for my heels, but in the end, I use it for my entire body. It moisturizes really well, has a pleasant scent, and doesn't leave any stickiness. I have extremely dry skin (xerosis), and I alternate using this cream every other day with more expensive ones like Topicrem UR-10 and CeraVe SA, which helps reduce the amount I use of the latter.
It may not be suitable for the face, but it is excellent for the body.
