Mayur Brow Henna, brown

The delivery was fine, but the color should have been brown, whereas in reality it is black, not even dark brown. I feel like I wasted my money because this color doesn't suit me.

After my brow artist left the country for understandable reasons, I started doing my own brow tinting. Henna works great for coloring both the skin and the hairs. Before applying the tint, I exfoliate and degrease the area. I rinse off any excess with hot water to ensure that the henna sets properly. After applying, I leave it on for about 15-20 minutes. The result is fantastic.

I didn't like it. The shade is reddish and not vibrant, it applies unevenly and fades quickly.

I bought the brown one and, as recommended, I did a patch test on my hand. Everything seemed fine, although I immediately removed the trace with makeup remover. Then I colored my eyebrows and the color seemed normal, with dark hairs. It applied well and there were no unpleasant sensations, although the dye washed off quickly from the skin, but that's a minor detail. However, after a week, my eyebrows started itching a lot, and dryness and something that looked like dandruff appeared on them. It seems to be seborrhea, and my eyebrows started falling out terribly. I don't know what to do now, I never thought this could happen after a week. I do not recommend this dye to anyone!

I really liked the henna. It colored my skin less than I expected/wanted and it doesn't last very long, but it took to my hair color really well. (If anyone wants to try it, never apply it on the inner part of the eyelid or along the lash line - HENNA MUST NOT GET IN THE EYE!!! There is also citric acid in the composition! I divided the length into 4 and applied it to about three-quarters from the ends). My mom has gray hair, and her lashes are short and barely visible. The henna colored them evenly, and now they are almost black! Of course, it's not like using mascara, but the difference is significant. I was pleased that there was no red tone. I'm also satisfied with the brushes, pipette, and the fixing oil of this brand. However, the remover is absolutely useless. Although the bottle promises that it removes almost completely, in reality, it was impossible to remove this henna with ANYTHING. My mom tried to remove it from her eyebrows, but neither the remover, nor the citric acid, nor the oil, nor the alcohol, nor the soap, literally nothing could remove even a little bit of it. The cotton pad remains spotless, no matter how much of this remover is used. It doesn't even remove it from the skin. We won't be buying the remover again, but we will definitely repeat everything else. It's great that now we don't have to struggle with drawing every day!

The product lasts on the skin for several days and on the hair for over two weeks. The hair color is almost black, so it is not suitable for redheads and blondes, as it appears too dark even with a short application time. Additionally, the skin was unevenly colored, although I have ordered this product before and this is the first time I have experienced such an issue. Great option for coloring eyebrows at home. I am a brunette with very dark eyebrows and lashes. This shade gives a very natural effect. It is not visible that the eyebrows are overly dyed, they just look very neat, well-defined, and well-groomed. It is easy to apply and does not run. It lasts on me for exactly a week. The first day the eyebrows are slightly too bright, maybe for the next three or four days they are perfect, and then they start to fade for a couple more days. Overall, I highly recommend it.

The henna on the hand applies instantly and lasts forever, it is impossible to wash off. However, when applied on the eyebrows, it may only last for 5 minutes, possibly due to oily skin, and there is no noticeable effect. I reapplied it for 30 minutes and it did color, but it was too light for my liking. I tried both this color and the dark brown to decide. This one is quite weak, while the light one fades quickly.
