I am confident that this is a balm. I have rarely used any hair care products, and I have never used masks. The effect is zero if you are expecting softness, manageability, moisture, and a nice appearance of your hair. Instead, I ended up with even more damage that will take months to repair!!! I do not recommend it! I have never had a worse brand in my life. It's a waste of money.
This mask feels more like a conditioner than a mask. The previous reviews are definitely accurate - the mask is watery and weak, so don't expect the wow effect like you would get from Ladore mask. In terms of consistency and effect, it's just like any regular mass-market conditioner for home care, like Pantene for example - it detangles the hair and that's about it, except Pantene comes in a larger size of 250 grams, while this one is only 100 grams for the same price. There is no smoothness, softness, or moisturizing effect. It simply helps to comb the hair, just like Pantene does. And the composition of this mask is not ideal either.
