I applied one drop on my chest and three drops on my stomach. All my clothes have a smell of rancid oil. Removing the stains and smell from the clothes is quite a task. I do not recommend it because the oil ruined my silk nightgowns and robe. The smell of rancid oil is also present on everyday clothes. The dispenser broke. The moisturizing function worked well (one bottle lasted approximately a month with twice daily use) - the only positive aspect. I will not buy it again and I will not recommend it to anyone.
