In my opinion, this balm is excellent!
The balm is good, but there are some issues with the manufacturer and website. First of all, the manufacturer is not Ukraine, as stated in the description. Please correct this! However, the photos match the actual packaging. Secondly, the information on the back is primarily presented for Russia and Belarus, with Ukraine mentioned at the very bottom. Moreover, if you look closely at the packaging, it's all in Russian and for Russians. It's disgusting. I always considered the brand to be Ukrainian and preferred their products (all their brands). Now I have to think whether this is a Ukrainian brand for Ukraine or if it's closer to the "Russian-speaking" market for the manufacturer. But I want to emphasize once again that there are no issues with the product itself, the balm is great. The manufacturing date is recent.
Great lip balm! It miraculously removed the dry patches on my lips overnight. Other lip balms couldn't do the job like this one. In the morning, my lips felt soft and moisturized.

The balm is decent for the summer, but it's unlikely to cope with the task during winter. For the winter, the balm from the same manufacturer with D-panthenol will be more suitable for me.

This product has no odor and does not cause any burning or allergies. It has a pleasant and lightweight texture. It also lasts a relatively long time on the lips. It is definitely better than Carmex.

Good balm, comfortable, moisturizing, does not cause allergies (I have trouble with this). Along with this balm, I also purchased another balm, "Home Doctor" with panthenol, which saved me during the winter. I was able to receive the order the next day.
I deducted a star because it's unlikely to provide protection for dry and cracked lips in harsh weather conditions. However, as a lightweight moisturizing lipstick, it is actually quite good.
