I haven't tried applying it all over my face and under my eyes with a fluffy brush, instead, I use a flat brush like the one for foundation. I pick up the powder on the tip of the bristles, which are cut like a squirrel's tail, and I apply it precisely and without pressure, but with a dense motion to the most problematic areas (in my case, that's almost the whole face): the sides of the nose, the area above the upper lip, the chin, the bridge of the nose, basically all the dangerous and treacherous spots. If you're not a fan of how it's applied, you can mix it with your loose powder, that's what I do! However, I have noticed that even in the hottest situations, my face doesn't start to shine.
