I made my first order on Make Up. I waited for the shipment for over a week, even though the estimated delivery date was provided when I placed the order. This was very disappointing. I bought a set as a gift, but it arrived late, so I decided to keep it for myself since everything was cheap and the holiday had already ended. I can't say that the product was beautifully packaged, it had a cheap packaging and a poorly tied bow. The quality was not great, and it had a not-so-pleasant smell. The oil had solidified under the cap, and when I mixed it, it turned into chunks. I didn't get much enjoyment out of the products.
I bought this set for myself and I am thrilled with it. Everything arrived well-packaged, nothing spilled (it has never happened before that something from Makeup came poorly packaged). The coconut oil with ylang-ylang is love at first sight. Thank you, Makeup.
I have ordered this product several times before. The coconut oil is leaking again. It has leaked a little bit into the package and continues to leak even when it's just sitting in the cupboard. This is unacceptable, especially in a gift set. Fortunately, I purchased it for myself. Although the quality of the entire product is excellent! Please do something about the packaging.
