This is my first time ordering this hair dye, 7.44. The redhead color is exactly what I wanted, it has a peachy undertone. I used a 3% developer because my hair reacts immediately to a higher percentage. But keep in mind that with a 3% developer, the dye will only be tone on tone, meaning the red will be more intense and almost dark red. But I like it, and my hair is in good condition. I had a developer from another brand because Kay doesn't have small sizes. But everything worked well with my hair. I will buy a larger size from the same brand next time. I really like the option of a larger size. To compare with the 100ml packaging, I will add a photo, although I used to think that 100ml is a lot.
The paint is really nice. I bought it for myself and my mom. I highly recommend it. The delivery was fast, as always, and the couriers were very polite.
I have been using this hair dye for several years now. Previously, I used shade 3, but now I have switched to shade 2. It does a great job of covering gray hair, and I use a 6% developer. But let's go through everything in order.
HAIR DYE: The package is large, 180 grams, and it was enough for my shoulder-length hair (not very thick) to use 60 grams of dye (and 120 grams of developer). I chose the color 10.3, previously I had used Londa Professional 9.0 with 2 cm of roots grown out.
The color on my natural roots with 30% gray hair turned out to be platinum-yellow (as it was claimed). In the room, it looks like a beige color, but in daylight, it appears as a "noble yellowish" shade (not too yellow, just with a hint of golden yellow). The lower part of my hair had a reddish tint (previously I used 6.4, but I grew out my hair for a year and lightened it twice) - it lightened a bit, but apparently, the red pigment was present for a long time, so it didn't completely disappear. Overall, the color is okay (could be toned down to be cooler) and normal. But there is one big issue!
I previously used Londa with a 6% developer (because of the gray hair). The dye would apply smoothly and my hair wouldn't suffer. I took the 6% developer again for this dye. I mixed it in a 2:1 ratio and... my hair turned into a straw! I simply fried it(((( Before, my hair was soft and flexible, but now it is stiff like a wire. I understand that as the pigment washes out, it will become brittle
I absolutely love this hair dye. I have been using it for a long time and occasionally out of curiosity, I try out dyes from other brands, but I always come back to this one. I use it to tone my total blonde 10 next to it. IMPORTANT: The dye is extremely pigmented!!!!! I dilute it at a ratio of 1:4 because it tends to darken a lot. And I only apply it to dry hair, as it can leave patches on wet hair. It doesn't wash out completely even after a month.
The dye is extremely long-lasting. The hair looks shiny and well-groomed. I really like it. I have been using this dye for almost a year and I am always satisfied.
