The balm relieves nasal congestion. It can also be used as a preventive measure against upper respiratory tract diseases. Additionally, using the balm helps prevent herpes virus infections.
The balm contains mustard oil, which expels mucus from the sinuses. Bay leaf oil clears the nasal passages for easy breathing. A blend of essential oils from eucalyptus, mint, and tea tree positively impacts the respiratory system, reduces swelling, and prevents the development of inflammatory processes in the body. It is also one of the best antiseptics.- For a runny nose: Apply 2-3 drops into each nostril 3-4 times a day. - For herpes: Apply the product to a cotton swab and gently place it on the affected area. - For sinusitis: First, massage the sinus areas, then perform an inhalation procedure by adding 2-3 drops of the oil to 100 ml of water heated to 90°C. Inhale for 5-7 minutes.
