Well... it could be... not bad, but also not something I would recommend.
It's not just the best in its price category, it surpasses many significantly more expensive wax pencils. It provides a clear black line, similar to eyeliner, without smudging or causing irritation. It's fantastic. I put a cap with a sharpener on it, and now it's truly the best.
The pencil is truly black, and it also suits well for dark lipstick on the lips.
Great product. It is soft and easy to apply. It might smudge a bit immediately after application, but if you remove any unwanted marks, they won't come back for the whole day.

I ordered a pencil, but it arrived in a terrible condition. The wood is of poor quality and there are pieces of wood shavings sticking out. It's not even suitable for use.

The pencil impressed me with its price, but even more so with its quality! It is easy to apply, does not smudge, and has a beautiful rich color and texture. It did smudge a little on my lower eyelid, but it was easily erased even with a dry sponge. It is a great pencil, I don't see the point in paying more.
I read a lot of positive reviews and decided to buy this product (eyeliner). However, it didn't work for me at all, even though I have normal skin. It smudges, absorbs into the skin, and settles into the creases of my eyelids, creating a messy and uneven look. After a couple of hours, the color changes, and by the evening, I'm left without any eyeliner at all. It just smears right before my eyes. I definitely do not recommend it. It also doesn't sharpen well, as it breaks when I try to sharpen it, despite using a professional sharpener.

The pencil itself is good, soft, but there is one problem... It is difficult to sharpen it - it breaks. I lost half of the pencil with just one sharpening (just like in the previous case with Ruby Rose).
