Perform a 2-minute gentle massage with fingertips in a circular motion. Then wash off the peeling particles with water and wash the hair and scalp with a shampoo. Wash the hair again if necessary. Exfoliate regularly, once a week.
I only had enough of the tube for 3 uses. It requires a lot to apply, it always feels like there's not enough no matter how much I apply. I can't say anything about the effect, except that the shampoo foams better when I use it after scrubbing, so it probably does scrub or exfoliate something there. It didn't do anything bad, which is good. I won't be buying more. I didn't like the scent, but that's subjective. I don't like the scent of coriander seeds.
Overall, this scrub is nothing special. It doesn't provide any noticeable trichological effects or exfoliation, unfortunately.
