I've been using it for about a week, and I've noticed fewer breakouts. New ones are less frequent, there's no redness, and my skin doesn't feel irritated. Overall, I recommend it—I really liked it.
This was my first time trying a serum with 8% azelaic acid. I wanted to try something new, especially since it promised to reduce breakouts, provide smooth and radiant skin, and lighten post-acne marks. The price was reasonable and the brand is well-known, but after almost two months, I didn’t notice any significant results. Initially, I did experience some radiance and smoothness, but later on, there was no noticeable effect. It could be that my skin got used to it, or perhaps I'm not using it correctly. It's definitely not a 5-star product for me. For context, my skin is combination and sensitive, but everyone’s experience may vary. Let me know how it worked for you—did you like it or not?
This review is more about the courier service than the product itself. The courier left my order, worth a thousand hryvnias, under some stairs that weren't even mine. He did this because he called me twice; I missed one call by four minutes and the other by two. When I called back, I found out what had happened. Fortunately, it wasn't raining, and I was at home...
I'm buying it for the second time. It works wonders for problematic skin. It reduces inflammation and is suitable for post-acne and rosacea. Start using it gradually, once every 2 days. Don't be alarmed if your skin stings at first, I had a reaction after the first application, but it became easier to tolerate with each use. Now this product will always be in my cosmetic bag, I won't look for anything else.
My skin developed red spots... I had previously used azelaic acid from a different brand and everything was fine. However, after reading some reviews, I decided to try this brand. Unfortunately, it was a mistake.
This is an excellent product for those who have occasional breakouts. It effectively reduces inflammation and dries them out. It works wonders for combination and oily skin types.
After using this serum, my face burns and turns red. It feels like I have been burned. Even with a small amount applied, my skin reacts negatively. I don't know if this is how it's supposed to be, but my skin is desperately calling for help after using it.
I purchased this product for my skin, which has noticeable scars. After a week of use, I haven't seen any magical changes yet, but I will continue to observe. The texture is pleasant, it applies evenly, and it is not sticky or has an unpleasant smell. However, it stings a little when applied on fresh wounds. Currently, I am using it as a night care product.
I didn't notice any effect. I understand that it's all individual, but when I used this product, my skin always turned red, burned, and I had very unpleasant sensations, and the smell was unpleasant too.
This product is really cool. I have only used it a couple of times but I have already noticed its effect. I apply it in the evening after washing my face with the brand's gel, and by morning, redness and inflammation are gone. It doesn't dry out or irritate the skin. I bought it mainly for dealing with acne, and after just two uses, the results are barely noticeable. I need more time to fully understand this product, but the way it works on inflammation is just amazing.
I have no problem skin and this product worked well for me. I am already on my third jar. Maybe if you have problematic skin, it may not be enough for you and you may need something more serious, but I like this product. It helps a bit with breakouts and leaves my skin nice and even. I always use it like this: cleanse my face - use this product - apply moisturizer, sometimes I also use toner after cleansing. I didn't feel like it dried out my skin or had any other drawbacks, even though my skin is sensitive. I will probably order more.
The effect is amazing! It truly dries out breakouts and eliminates post-acne marks, although it does sting a bit when applied. However, the result is good, with less redness on the second day.
Great value for the money!
This product is truly worth its price.
I really liked this serum. It doesn't sting, cause redness, or provoke breakouts. I have been using it for 2 months. I will buy it again.
Great product. I have rosacea, and my dermatologist recommended it to me. I use it with the Biotrade cleanser that contains azelaic acid.
One of the few effective products in the mass market. The concentration is not for a wow effect, but for daily use and gradual treatment. When combined with other active ingredients, it eliminates all breakouts within a week.
After using this product for 3 weeks, I am amazed by the results on my face. It actually works! However, I must mention that the serum has an unpleasant aroma, similar to saliva. It does tend to dry out the skin initially, but all the impurities and blemishes have cleared up. Now, my face looks very clean. I am willing to endure these minor inconveniences because it was worth it. The acne I had on my cheeks, which I used to struggle with, has completely disappeared. The only thing left is some post-acne marks.
Not a bad serum, didn't notice a wow effect, but it didn't make things worse either. It doesn't work well for post-acne, but it does a good job of evening out the skin tone and making it look better.
I used the entire jar but didn't notice any significant results. Perhaps the concentration of azelaic acid was too low, and I used it without combining it with other actives. It did not help my problematic skin, but I appreciate that it didn't make it worse either.
This is a great product that I have been using for 2 years, with occasional breaks for niacinamide, retinoids, and so on. I can confidently say that it has provided good visible results on my problematic combination skin - my skin tone has become more even, post-acne marks have lightened, and pores have become less visible. I will definitely continue using it.
I have tried so many serums and creams that I no longer expected anything from this serum, so I was pleasantly surprised. I have noticed fewer breakouts and my skin is not overly dry. I am thrilled, especially considering the price.
This product is not for me at all. Although I have sensitive skin and I am familiar with acids, this one made my face burn and caused intense redness that lasted for hours. I have never experienced such an effect with stronger acids that actually worked, but with this one, besides the redness, there was no result whatsoever. I used it for over a month, twice a week, hoping that my skin would get used to it and stop reacting this way, but it didn't. I took a break for a few months and tried it again, but the same thing happened. It just didn't work for me.
I really liked this serum. It may take some time, but it effectively tackles inflammation and improves the overall appearance of the skin. The surface of my skin looks more well-groomed, and my pores are less noticeable.
Great serum (good price, packaging, dispenser, and effectiveness), but before purchasing, it's worth noting that the concentration of azelaic acid is very low. It's good for beginners, but it may be weak for advanced users. The effective dosage of azelaic acid should be a minimum of 10%, but in this serum, it's only 8%, which is insufficient for desired results...
The serum is good, pleasant, and does not cause any allergies. However, after using it for two months, there is no "wow" effect. It does tend to slightly dry out the skin.
This product effectively handles inflammations.
I really liked the serum. I have combination skin that is not prone to breakouts, so I decided to try it as an introduction to the brand and acids. From the first use, my skin felt very soft and pleasant to the touch. I could feel the exfoliating effect. I followed it with a ceramide cream from the same brand because without it, my skin tends to dry out. After using it for 3 months, 2-4 times a week, I can confidently say that I haven't had any breakouts due to hormonal changes. My friend, who is a cosmetologist, noticed that my pores have become very clean. Therefore, I recommend it, especially for beginners. As for experienced acid users, I am not sure.
This serum does not work well for inflammations and post-acne. It can cause the skin to roll and, to be honest, it feels strange overall. It is quite odd that the skin can turn red because of it. My skin is familiar with acids, but this serum is different. It is an ambiguous product, and I didn't understand this serum.
Top among budget azelaic acids.
This is a decent serum with a creamy texture. It offers a two-step skincare routine (serum and cream). It effectively moisturizes the skin, leaving it looking fresh. However, it doesn't work well for post-acne, most likely due to the low percentage of azelaic acid.
I didn't get any results from this product. It doesn't work for tone, acne, pigmentation, or breakouts. I used up the entire jar and the result was zero. Now I'm using a toner with azelaic acid from a different brand, and I can already see the results the next day.
I have been using this product for a couple of weeks and it does a great job of evening out my skin tone. I also use vitamin C in the morning, and I find that this combination works well for me. The serum has a pleasant watery consistency and almost no scent. After applying it, I wait for about 30-40 minutes and then apply my moisturizer. However, it doesn't seem to work on my acne, and I still get breakouts while using it. Personally, I prefer pharmaceutical products. One positive aspect is the simple and minimalistic design.
I bought it elsewhere, but the effect is top-notch. It really helps to combat acne and post-acne.
I am buying it for the second time. This serum reduces inflammation, evens out the complexion, and works well with acne. I definitely recommend it.
I did not see any results with this product. My skin is oily and prone to breakouts! I used it for two months and saw no improvement, in fact, I had even more pimples! Then I started using Skynoren, and the effect was immediately positive the next day. After a week, my skin became very nice! Perhaps this information will be useful to someone.
I have oily and slightly problematic skin. This serum is amazing, it really helps with inflammation and prevents new breakouts. However, it doesn't fight against oily threads (for that, I used salicylic acid). It doesn't fully even out my complexion (vitamin C helped me more with that), but it does work on closed comedones.
I really liked the serum. I use two pumps in the evening and it's enough for my entire face and neck. I can feel a visible effect from using it. Luckily, my skin is currently undergoing acne treatment and it suits my sensitive skin.
I bought it two weeks ago and I already like the small result, my complexion has evened out. I have rosacea, which makes my skin quite sensitive and prone to dryness. There is no stinging or redness upon application, as some people have mentioned. It suits me well and I'm excited to see further results. I will probably buy it again.
For me, this is the worst serum. Before using it, my face was almost clear, with only occasional breakouts. But after using it, my face broke out with large inflammatory pimples that took a long time to go away. I endured the so-called purging period and waited for a miracle, but it never happened. As a result, I bought a serum from another brand with azelaic acid, and within three days, all the inflammation subsided and I no longer have breakouts. Moreover, the Q+A serum also rolls off my face horribly.
Wonderful serum, it suited me well. At first, I had a skin reaction with a little rash, but after a couple of weeks of use, I can see great results. It reduces inflammation and evens out the texture and tone of my skin. I use it every evening and follow up with La Roche-Posay Cicaplast cream.
My favorite serum. I love its consistency and it does a great job with the functions promised by the manufacturer. My skin has become much better.
The product is effective and completely met expectations. The main concern was to combat pigmentation from post-acne. For those with sensitive skin, this product is not suitable as it can be too aggressive. When purchasing, it is important to consider your skin type. It is ideal for oily skin and should be used with caution for those with combination skin. Additionally, it is crucial to follow up with a probiotic cream to restore the skin barrier.
This is a great thing. There is significantly less mess. I recommend it.
Great product! It effectively reduced breakouts and completely got rid of those pesky under-the-skin pimples.
I really liked the serum, it significantly reduced the amount of breakouts!!!
The serum is not bad, it helps to fight breakouts, prevents new eruptions, and evens out the skin tone quite well. However, it does not effectively combat blackheads or assist with oily threads, and I haven't noticed any pore tightening either.
I didn't buy it here, but I would like to leave a review. The serum is great, I've been using it for about six months and it works. The results are especially visible on acne, as they quickly lighten and it also reduces redness a bit. It also helps eliminate new individual breakouts. However, like any azelaic acid product, it stings and disrupts the skin barrier, so a good soothing cream and SPF are necessary. On the downside, after applying it, the cream and SPF tend to slide on the skin, making it difficult to apply makeup.
It works really well and is definitely worth the money. I previously used Paula's Choice, but it made my face insanely red and burned. However, I found that applying cream with centella helps alleviate these issues.
I have been using it for over half a year. I really like it, my skin has visibly brightened, pigmentation spots have decreased, and it works wonders for breakouts. However, on very dry areas of the skin (especially during strong winds lately), the dryness effect is doubled, so it's important to be careful. Using a sunscreen is a must.
Not a bad serum. It tingles a bit, but that's normal and quickly fades away. It effectively deals with breakouts when used in conjunction with other skincare creams. It suited my sensitive skin.
This serum is amazing, it effectively clears up acne and minor breakouts.
This serum is a real gem!
I really liked this product, I apply it every evening. It doesn't sting or dry out my skin. I also want to highlight that it cleanses well and tightens the pores! I recommend it.
This is a light acid serum, but it actually works! At first, I used it 1-2 times a week, but now I apply it almost every day. It's quite economical, which is definitely a plus. I incorporate it into my evening skincare routine. Overall, I highly recommend it as you can see results on the skin in just 2-3 weeks.
I really liked it. It effectively combats inflammatory elements and stains left behind, without drying out the skin at the same time.
I have been using this product for over three months, but unfortunately, I haven't noticed any results on my skin. On the positive side, it has a pleasant texture, absorbs quickly, and doesn't leave any unpleasant sensations.
The exfoliator is simply amazing! It's exactly what I was looking for. I use it every other day, and as promised, I saw results within 10-14 days. My skin tone has become more even, and any inflammation has disappeared. It is definitely worth the money.
Not aggressive. Effectively combats acne and inflammatory processes without drying out the skin.
This serum is amazing, with an unreal consistency. However, the packaging leaks, resulting in a significant waste of product.
This product is excellent and effectively reduces acne and post-acne marks.
