Clarins Lip Comfort Oil Lip Oil

It dries out my lips to the point of chapping, even more than their lip tint, which surprisingly doesn't dry out much at all. It has a juicy shine but wears off very quickly. I really didn't like it.

I really liked this oil. It doesn't dry out the skin, isn't sticky, moisturizes well, and gives a nice tint.

I definitely recommend it; the price-to-quality ratio is excellent

I was given this lip oil as a gift, and I really like its pleasant scent and the soft applicator brush. However, a major downside for me is that the bottle leaks, which means I can't take it with me anywhere.

I was really looking forward to ordering this oil in shade 3 because I had it before and was very satisfied. However, it turned out to be a complete disappointment. The texture is not like oil but more like a highly pigmented gloss or liquid lipstick. It's impossible to apply evenly because the pigment appears darker in the creases of the lips, which accentuates the lip lines and creates wrinkles even where there are none, making it look like blood on the lips. The shelf life seems fine, but it can only be open for 6 months, and the packaging isn't airtight, so I have no idea how it was stored. In short, as mentioned above, it's a complete disappointment.

The product arrived broken. As soon as I opened the package, the jar completely came apart in my hands. It's really disappointing. I am hoping for either a replacement or a refund.

This is the first time I'm leaving a review, but my lip gloss leaked completely (while closed) into my bag. The opening mechanism broke, and the entire bottle, worth 1000 UAH, spilled over all my belongings, including the bag. Why does a brand like this have a poorly designed bottle that's completely broken?

I'm not sure why, but I've bought it abroad and ordered it here from overseas... there's a difference. Maybe it's related to the color, because I got shade 04 abroad, and here I ordered dark plum (I don't remember the number). The plum dries out my lips, but 04 doesn't... just stating a fact!

Shade 08 is barely noticeable. Not worth the money at all. 7 ml of grease for such a price. Two stars only for the packaging and scent.

My jar of gloss split in half. How can this happen with such a price and brand? I have no complaints about the quality of the gloss, but to use it for only two days and then it's done? This is just terrible.

The Clarins gloss in shade 02 is quite sheer and gives just a hint of pink. It dries out my lips a lot. The scent is very sweet and berry-like, which might not be to everyone's taste. The consistency is more liquid compared to the Dior oil I have.

I wouldn't buy it again. If I had to choose between Dior and Clarins, I would definitely go with Dior. It has a great consistency that doesn't run off the lips, doesn't dry them out, and gives a lovely soft pink tint. I've also added a photo for comparison. It's a shame about the money spent, though I'm grateful I bought it at a discount for around 600 UAH. In hindsight, I wish I hadn't bought it at all.

The oil is fantastic. It gives a very comfortable feeling (I tried the honey one). It also has skincare benefits and provides good moisture.

The Dior products are nothing compared to this oil. I have been using the shade 09 chocolate and it looks amazing. There is no deep or dark tone. Being a brunette, shade 09 is a perfect find for me. No wonder it's sold out.

Good lip oil, I have the shade pitaya 04. I love how my lips look with this oil + Miss Tais pencil 780 to outline them. However, I'm deducting one star for the packaging, it leaks. I have to carry the gloss in my bag, sometimes wrapped in a tissue or come up with different bags, otherwise it will stain the lining of my bag (which is suede), leaving a mark from the gloss. So keep this in mind when making a purchase.

I bought it at duty-free. There were reviews about the product being oily for the price (I bought it for 24 euros, by the way), and so on. All of that is nonsense. I've tried everything: Kiko, Korean brands, expensive ones... and my lips dried out after using them. While you're using it, it's good, but afterwards, it's just terrible. This is the only product that doesn't dry out my lips at all. It feels nice on the lips, no toxic smells or tastes, and the lips don't stick together. Colors? Some people may not see it on their lips... it's not really a gloss, more like a balm (so to speak), which is why it doesn't have a strong color payoff. This is something to consider, especially since everyone's natural lip color is different, and if you have permanent makeup, even more so. In simpler terms, it's a great product. I highly recommend it with a clear conscience.

Favorite lip product. I have the darkest shade, 17 Fig. It gives my lips a subtle berry tint. I am absolutely thrilled with this lip oil! I use it more often than any of my lipsticks. It's a constant companion in my purse. Trust me, you won't regret getting it! Just make sure to choose the right shade for yourself.

I purchased this product for the first time. Previously, I used Dior and I can say that this one is just as good. It is very nice and pleasant to apply, and it doesn't feel sticky on the lips.

This lip gloss is my love. I buy it not here, but in a boutique, and I have not changed my choice three times already. I highly recommend it (I buy shade 04).

Wonderful shine! I also have a Dior lip gloss, but this one is lighter and more pleasant. It looks really nice on the lips and doesn't feel heavy (unlike Dior).

The oil is fantastic! I bought it in the shade of cherry. This particular color has a good pigment and gives a nice, not too bright, red color. As for the smell, it smells like cherries, and also, after using the oil, my lips become more moisturized. Therefore, I highly recommend it!

I bought an oil in Europe, but I want to leave my review. Dior is much better than this one. I have shade 10, but that's not the point. The brush is definitely luxurious, but the consistency itself is too watery. This leads to high usage. It doesn't stay on the lips for long, and I didn't notice any special care. I don't understand the hype around it. But all of this is in comparison to Dior oil, which is thicker, longer-lasting, and provides good care. That's why I won't buy this one again.

10/10, pleasant scent, I got it in shade 08, a rosy undertone, and it moisturizes the lips. I am extremely satisfied.

I love this oil, the smell and shade it provides are simply unreal. It feels pleasant to apply on the lips, giving a liquid glass effect and adding volume. However, there is one downside - the price.

The oil is simply amazing. It makes my lips tender and leaves a sweet fragrance. Furthermore, it gives my lips a delicate pink shade.

I tried the lip gloss and it has a nice smell. The gloss itself is also impressive. However, I was not very happy with the fact that I specifically ordered the color 02 (raspberry) and it came in a gold packaging instead of silver. It was a bit disappointing and unpleasant. Why couldn't they have informed me beforehand? Nevertheless, I will give it a 4-star rating since the packaging is not the most important aspect.
