The previous version, indeed, was denser and more user-friendly. This variant also separates and colors the eyelashes beautifully, but you need to give it time to dry.
I will start with the drawbacks. It is too runny, dries quickly, and smudges a bit under the eyes. It used to be better before, but now they have changed the design and the quality has become much worse.
On the positive side, it is long-lasting and provides good volume. I really like the silicone brushes, they are convenient and it lengthens the lashes quite well.
They changed the design and composition! It's liquid and when you apply it, it leaves stains around the eyes. It's a pity because I've been using it (with the old design and consistency) for 10 years, and I didn't like anything else besides it. Now I have to look for something new.
A colleague advertised this mascara to us, so I bought three immediately for myself and two friends. Now the three of us regret it: the bristles are too short and if you want to lift and curl your lashes, it smudges the eyelids heavily. It doesn't really add much volume or length, and during lunch break, we all look like pandas because it smears horribly under the eyes. The only positive thing is that it is ultra black. And this is not just a first impression, we tried to get used to it for a month. No one liked it.
