This product really dries out my hair! You can feel it turning into straw even while washing. Without a long-lasting mask, it's a disaster. It doesn't even prolong the time until the next wash. I have oily/thick hair, but it's also fragile. Organic Balance Technia/Lakme is much better, as it gives amazing volume and doesn't dry out my hair.
I usually wash my hair every other day, but with this shampoo, my hair stays clean for three days. It effectively cleanses the roots and leaves my hair soft and pleasant to the touch. The scent may not be to everyone's liking, but I personally find it okay. I highly recommend it as the best shampoo I have ever used.
