This shampoo is good. After using it along with the mask from the same series, my hair feels truly soft, moisturized, and easy to comb. The only downside is that it can make hair greasy quickly, especially if you apply the mask generously.

Personally, this shampoo did not work for me. I have thin, normal hair. I was hoping for the volume that was promised in the product description. Instead, I got the effect of dry hair after washing, and the next day my hair became so greasy that it seemed like I hadn't washed it for a week. I thought maybe I was imagining it. But after using the shampoo a few more times, the same thing happened again. I have never experienced this with any other shampoo, where I had to wash my hair again the next day due to its increased greasiness. Disappointing :(
