The cream is very lightweight and moisturizing. When applied to the skin, it does not dry out and goes on very smoothly. It keeps the skin hydrated all day long and has a pleasant light sea scent. I also have the eye cream and night cream from the same series. The night cream is slightly heavier, but it works like a mask and is amazing! The eye cream is lightweight and gently reduces puffiness and dark circles. It has helped to even out the effects of previous creams (just in case I made a mistake with a cream that caused swelling).
