Does not cover gray at all!!! Washes off instantly. I have extensive experience with dyeing my hair red, and it has never been very long-lasting. However, this dye is the absolute leader in terms of UNstability. I bought the shade 9-67 coral gold at a supermarket as a temporary option while waiting for my dye to arrive from the EU. As for the color, it is vibrant and has a slight red pigment. It is gentle, mild, and has no unpleasant odor.
I chose shade 9.67. My hair color is light brown. It's not rose gold, but simply gold.
I overall liked the hair dye:
1. The smell is pleasant.
2. It doesn't damage my hair at all, even though mine get damaged even with ammonia-free dyes.
3. The color matches completely with my natural hair color, which is light brown.
The shade is lavender crystal.
But there is one downside: before using this dye, I had been a blonde for about 3 months without coloring my hair, and my hair had been significantly damaged. Unfortunately, those damaged strands turned out to be a bright violet color, which is a pity but not a critical issue.
