For best results, start applying from the roots of your lashes. Wiggle the brush and sweep it upwards along your lashes. Allow the mascara to dry. Apply a second or third coat as needed.
I have previously purchased these spare blocks for work. I am a makeup artist and using this block is more hygienic than regular mascara. I apply the drop onto the palette and use a special brush to paint the lashes. The mascara itself is not bad at all.
Now, I don't know because the manufacturer changed the packaging, which may hinder the use of dosed squeezing onto the palette, as the tube is made of metal. It looks exactly like super glue. The nozzle is the same and the block itself is sealed.
Maybe, for those who will use it as a spare to squeeze the mascara into the tube, it will work. But I am not sure if the mascara will dry out in the metal... and it's not aesthetically pleasing, clients might think I'm applying glue to their lashes.
Previously, the packaging was made of plastic, like eye cream, and it was very convenient. But the manufacturer doesn't ask the users what is convenient for them.
I hope that at least the quality of the mascara is not worse than it used to be.
