I ordered from the EU and was expecting something better. This shampoo, it takes some getting used to... I didn't really like it. The scent is just okay, and the texture is too runny. It hardly lathers during the first application and leaves the hair feeling crunchy. It is necessary to use a conditioner and hair oil/serum, without them, it would be impossible to comb through. There is no noticeable effect of restoration. Overall, this shampoo is very mediocre.
