This is absolutely unacceptable! Today, on March 23rd at 6:24 PM, I received a package from Europe and the conditioner arrived with a broken dispenser. No, it didn't just come off, no, it's not in the box. Yes, I inspected the product. Yes, the bottle was sealed with paper tape over the broken cap in such a way that you won't understand anything until you peel it off! I specifically bought it because it had a convenient dispenser! What kind of behavior is this, I pay in advance and receive something like this...

The scent is strong, but I don't feel it on my hair.
