The tint is amazing! If they made the packaging more attractive, it would be unbeatable.

Great tint, but I had an unfortunate experience. I ordered two, and one arrived with a damaged box and the product wouldn't twist up. I emailed customer service but didn't receive a response. This somewhat spoiled my impression of their service, as I was always very satisfied before.

How is the balm? Terrible. How about the tint? A disaster! They couldn't come up with a worse shade. Maybe it will look somewhat decent on girls with a cool undertone, but if you have a yellow or olive complexion, don't get it, otherwise it will make you look like you have a bruise on your lips.

The lip tint does not provide enough moisture (it won't save dry lips), but it has a pleasant scent and a light cool shade (someone once asked if I was freezing because my lips turned blue). There is nothing special about it. The only advantage is that it doesn't smudge or turn white in the corners during wear.
