I have been ordering makeup products for many years, but this is the first time I am writing a negative review. I am very disappointed. I ordered a day cream, a night cream, and a serum. The courier did not call before delivering the package (I was off work) and gave it to my colleagues (I found out about this later). When I arrived at work, I unpacked the parcel and immediately noticed that the creams and serum were not sealed with protective film. I opened the box and saw that the labels on the creams were unevenly stuck, and there was air under the label. The batch code was also smudged. I immediately called the operator, and the girl said that I cannot return the product if it doesn't have protective film (meaning I can use this questionable cream but cannot return it). Thank you.
