Does not work. The bottle is empty, I used it daily, bought it here, and was surprised that the product is expensive but there is no tamper-proof packaging. There is no cumulative effect, not even enough for a day. So think before you buy, weigh the pros and cons, this is not a miracle cure, unfortunately. I would have been less critical of this product if I didn't have a face cream that actually works and even has a cumulative effect. I will continue my search for an equally effective eye skin product. And yes, a representative from Estee Lauder company responded that they currently do not protect the bottles from tampering, I wrote to them and received such a response. It's also very unfortunate.

I haven't yet determined how effective it is as I haven't been using it for long, but this serum is so pleasant and easy to apply. This alligator-shaped metallic ball rolls on and massages the skin perfectly. I believe that the results will be great.
It really works. Now I can apply concealer on my dark under-eye circles. Before, it would all settle into wrinkles and flake off... Now it's a must-have! (I'm 46 years old, and to say the skin around my eyes is problematic is an understatement.)
