Pour the proper dosage into a cup. Empty the cup into mouth. Swish for 1-2 minutes. During rinsing, gargle in your mouth. Spit the solution out in the sink. Do not swallow and dilute. Use morning and evening after brushing or after eating to remove loose food particles.
