Rivieres De Cartier Allegresse by Cartier is an eau de toilette that made its debut in 2021. In a short span of time, this "weightless accessory" has become a true bestseller of French craftsmanship. Its popularity is due to the unique synergy of floral and woody accords that blend seamlessly, adorning its wearer’s body with lightness and allure, while infusing the mind with rhythms of confidence and self-sufficiency. This fragrance will not leave those around you indifferent, as its pacifying essence motivates sincere compliments and admiring glances.
Top Note: As it bursts from the elegant bottle, it instantly transforms the mundane with vibrant bergamot overtones. The citrus solo is perfected by the juicy petitgrain, whose vigor and freshness recharge energy reserves, providing strength and confidence.
Heart Note: It subtly tempers the fruity nocturnes of the opening with a refined tuberose solo. This dreamy melody touches the deepest corners of the mind, dispelling fatigue, stiffness, doubts, and contradictions.
Base Note: It does not hinder the bold "statements" of the preceding phases, yet as the rare myrrh begins to paint its silhouette on the horizon, it marks the onset of the dominant perfect trail. Here, ripe blackcurrant berries guard their origins like precious treasures.
The best perfume I have ever had. "Allegresse" is "joy", and that is exactly what they smell like. Summer, sun, yellow color, field flowers, freshly cut grass - that's the story this fragrance tells. An essential option for spring, and as for summer - we will soon see.
For some reason, they initially smell fresh-cut grass and hints of cleanliness, but after a few minutes, a citrus note enters the composition. Not sharp. The scent is quite restrained. The longevity did not impress, it is rather average, but since it is a toilet water, there are no questions about its longevity. It is an interesting scent that I didn't really like at first, but after some time, I realized that I would like to have it in my collection. Another advantage is the absence of musk, which I find very tiresome because it is almost present in every composition.
