- The blend consists of essential oils of lavender, mint, anise, and orange;

Aroma Lamp: Use 3-7 drops for every 15 m2.
Baths: Use 4-7 drops (make sure to mix with an emulsifier first: 100-200 grams of sea or table salt).
Saunas: Use 5-6 drops for every 15 m2.
Massage: Use 3-7 drops per 15 grams of carrier oil.
Enriching Cosmetics: Use 1-5 drops.
Aroma Pendants: Use 1-2 drops.
I preferred the "Deep Sleep" oil blend more. In this particular oil, the anise scent is quite strong, which might not be to everyone's taste. My favorite is the calming oil; it has a delightful sweet mint fragrance. I've been purchasing oils from this brand frequently and really like them. Thanks to Makeup for the gift with my last order!
There are some paint streaks, but everything else is fine.
Pleasant fragrance.
The product is decent, with anise taking the lead. I used all of it, but I can't say it had any effect on my sleep. Overall, though, it's a pleasant anise blend.
