Brush your teeth with the toothpaste twice a day - in the morning and evening.
I purchased a sample size to see if it would work for me. I have a Philips Sonicare electric toothbrush, and since you can't use whitening toothpastes with it, I started looking for a suitable alternative. I had known about this brand for a while but was hesitant because of mixed reviews, which might be due to people's lack of knowledge or because these kinds of toothpastes may not be suitable for electric brushes. However, I found it to be a great fit for me—the scent, taste, texture, and effects were all satisfactory. Essentially, the toothbrush does most of the work, and the toothpaste is just a great companion. Yes, the toothpaste has a slightly oily and runny texture, but that's what makes it good. It cleans well, doesn't harm the gums, and leaves a pleasant scent. I recommend it, especially for those who are skilled at brushing their teeth or for people who use electric toothbrushes.
It's great that there is a sample available. The Paska toothpaste is not worth any attention or money. The consistency is watery and not oily. It feels like rinsing your mouth with water, with no sensation of clean teeth or freshness.
