I have been using this cream for a month and a half. I used it to soften my hands, as my heels are fine. I didn't feel any significant difference compared to regular creams. At first, it gives a sensation of a film and softens the skin, but the softening effect is superficial and fades quickly. I was expecting more from a 20% urea content. I won't be purchasing it again; I'll try other brands that offer creams with 20% urea.
