Since this is my first non-mass-market powder, I can't compare it to anything else. However, my experience using it has been good.
So, the shade "Saga" is very light (swatches in both natural and artificial light), so a thin layer applied with a brush evens out the skin tone well, but it clings to dry patches and settles into post-acne scars. Forget about concealing imperfections, but it can cover up slight dark circles under the eyes with more product and some brightening. So, as a powder foundation - no, but as an under-eye concealer - yes. Nevertheless, it's just a powder: economical, with a pleasant silky texture, odorless, and with a nice adaptive color for fair skin.
