I am a fan of this brand. I ordered shampoos, but haven't tried them yet, but I have been using these creams for several years. In winter, I suffer a lot from dryness and cracks on my hands. I used to have a chamomile cream, but it was lighter and absorbed well, but the top layer of the skin quickly became stiff again. But with this SOS cream, I applied it and I am sitting here happy because it has a much better effect: the top layer of the skin remains softened and more elastic, very pleasant sensation. And no traces, films, greasiness or anything else unnecessary. Super!

But I was very surprised by the operator's illiteracy: when I explained that the address is Chervona Ploshcha Street (a circular street in the city center), not Chervona Square - they replied that everything is correct, there is Chervona Street and Chervona Square. But a person who went to school and learned the Ukrainian language should know the difference between a street and a square and how their names are spelled. So please correct the address selection system: Chervona Ploshcha Street (a two-word name with each word capitalized), and we do not have any Chervona Squares or Chervona Streets!
But other than that, everything is good, I am satisfied with the orders and delivery.
