Apply a small amount of balm to clean, damp hair and distribute it evenly from roots to ends. Leave it on for 3-5 minutes, then rinse thoroughly.
I really liked this conditioner - it's light, has a wonderful scent, and doesn't weigh down my hair. After using it, my hair feels soft and smooth and is easy to comb. I'm very satisfied and highly recommend it!
The product has an unpleasant smell, and after using it, my hair doesn't feel smooth.
This is the first time in my life I'm writing a negative review, and it's a really negative one! I received this conditioner today (ordering and delivery were as fast as always, no complaints there), but that's where the positives end. Could someone please explain where the ingredient list on your website comes from? The internet?? The bottle I received has a COMPLETELY different list, and it was covered with a label in Russian without the ingredients, just a description of how miraculous this product is. I managed to peel it off and here's what's actually in it:
Ingredients: Aqua, Cetearyl Alcohol, STEARALKONIUM CHLORIDE, Behenyl Alcohol, Glyceryl Stearate, Quaternium-91, Cetrimonium Methosulfate, Fragrance, Green Tea Extract, Sorbitan Monoleate, Guar Hydroxypropyltrimonium Chloride, Stearic Acid, PEG-150 Pentaerythrityl Tetrastearate, Citric Acid, DMDM Hydantoin, IPBC.
It's like playing "Find 202 Differences"...
STEARALKONIUM CHLORIDE - Originally invented for fabric softeners. Due to its low cost, it's been used in hair conditioners and even creams. It's often a substitute for plant extracts. It's quite toxic and frequently causes allergies. And this ingredient is the third one listed in a product marketed as organic cosmetics?
Behenyl Alcohol - there was a typo, probably meant to be Behenyl Alcohol, I hope, or it's something unknown...
Thanks, but I won't be putting THIS on my head; I have only one, you know. So, I ended up buying fabric softener for 133 UAH/100 ml! Fantastic! Always dreamed of that.
I would really like to return this so-called miracle product because this seems to be your mistake. (I haven't opened the bottle).
