I purchased this product for better sleep during pregnancy. When applied along the spine, it provides excellent relaxation. It may cause a slight burning sensation due to the salt content, but overall, the quality and convenience of use are top-notch.

My husband and I were recommended magnesium oil and bath salts by a neurologist for relieving muscle pain in different parts of the body. For me, it helps to relax my back, especially after workouts, and also eases knee pain. My husband loves to use the magnesium salt all over his body and really enjoys taking baths with it. Interestingly, it does cause a slight burning sensation and even a rash on some areas of the skin from the very beginning, but not at all in other areas. The oil, on the other hand, washes off easily with water without the need for soap, even cold water, on the first try.
