I liked it, it illuminated at 6%.
This product is amazing! It came out smoothly and without any loss of hair quality (as much as possible, and believe me, I have compared it to many other products over the years, from blonde to brunette to red to chocolate to blonde...). I used it with an equally fantastic developer from Echos Seliar. I can't recommend a specific percentage, as it will vary for each person, but 3% was enough for me. It provides a clean base with yellow neutralization. I left it on for 45 minutes, but again, that's subjective and depends on various factors such as hair type and history.
