I purchased the lightest shade, Subtile Peach. It looks like a regular foundation, not heavy, and does not cover redness. It provides the same decorative effect as an inexpensive concealer. It's not bad, but I don't think it's worth the money. It's not a successful idea, and I believe it's better to use something separate for treating pimples.
